Requesting a new user for your MOCA account
In environments where more than one MOCA Console user is required, the support team can grant this user a membership for that already existing MOCA account.
Requirements for granting memberships to already existing MOCA accounts:
- For the new user to already exist. If your desired user does not have an account, please ask him to sign up here. This will prompt the
- The request has to come from the email address an Admin of the account where we will grant admin privileges.
- The admin has to specify the type of access (e.g. full admin, read only).
- We need the registration email of this new user in order to grant the membership.
Contact Support once requirements are met and we will grant this user a membership for the MOCA account.
