Troubleshooting images not shown in the MOCA Console has two steps:
- Make sure the image is publicly accessible by your browser.
- Make sure the image format is supported by your browser.
Issues are commonly related to point number 1: images are either not visible to the internet or shared with limited users. Make sure that you're making the image Public.
The second point can refer to image formats not supported. A common case is the .webm format that is natively supported by Chrome and Firefox, but not by Safari. If you're a MacOS user you might want to test on Chrome/Firefox first to see if it's browser related.
